The only personal data we collect is what you type into an enquiry form on this site, plus a small amount of technical data captured with the submission.

Abuse prevention

A one-way hash of your IP address (the address itself is not stored)

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To keep a record of licensing and supplier correspondence.
• To limit automated and abusive form submissions.

We do not sell or rent your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not add you to a marketing list.

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to an active or prospective correspondence and are deleted when they are not. Abuse-prevention hashes are short-lived and used only for rate limiting.

Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database and the site is served by our hosting provider. Those providers process the data on our instructions only. We will list named processors here once entity registration and provider contracts are finalised.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Send the request through the contact form quoting your enquiry reference, and we will action it. A permanent privacy contact address will be published once the company's registration is complete.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Signed-in staff sessions use local browser storage for authentication only.
